On March 6, 2023, Vingroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong announced the establishment of Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (Green and Smart Mobility – GSM) , a green and smart transportation vehicle rental unit. Place the world’s first multi-platform electric vehicle.
