- Age between 21-55 years (Indonesian ID Card)
- Good appearance (Tatoo, must be covered, piercing hole is allowed )
- Possesing a public driving license of class SIM A Umum
- Skilled in driving (driving test + driving test OJT)
- Knowledgeable about routes (driving test OJT)
- Providing dedicated customer service
- Proficient in traffic laws and road conditions within the operational area
