1. Safety
We’re sorry for the incident. Follow these steps to ensure safety and get help:
1/ Click the emergency button in Green SM apps on the order screen.
2/ Call 112 for emergencies or go to the nearest medical facility for treatment
3/ Contact the police immediately (dial 110) or notify the relevant authorities.
4/ Record key details such as time, location, and parties involved. Take photos if possible.

2. Transportation and other services of Green SM
To book a ride promptly, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select Pick-up and Drop-off: On the main screen, enter your destination in the "Destination" field and confirm your current location (where you are) in the "Pick-up" field, or use GPS to automatically pinpoint your current location.
Step 2: Choose vehicle type: The app will display available service options in your area. Check the corresponding service fees, select the service type that suits your needs and budget.
Step 3: Select payment method and enter promo code (if available).
Step 4: Confirm and book your ride: Double-check the pick-up and drop-off information, and service type. Tap "Book" to submit your ride request.
Step 5: Await driver confirmation: The app will locate a driver near you and notify you once a driver accepts the trip. You will see detailed information about the driver (name, photo, vehicle license plate) and an estimated time until the driver arrives at the pick-up point.
Step 6: Contact the driver if needed: If necessary, you can call or message the driver through the application to confirm the pick-up location or for other details.
Step 7: Get in the vehicle and start your trip: When the driver arrives, verify the vehicle and driver information to ensure correctness. Get in the vehicle and begin your trip to the destination.
Step 8: Payment and rating: After completing the trip, payment will be automatically deducted via your pre-selected payment method or you can pay in cash. Don't forget to rate the driver and trip to help improve service quality.
Following these steps will help you book a ride conveniently and quickly through the application.

3. Fares and payment methods
Adding or updating your payment method only takes a few simple steps:
- Step 1: Tap "Account" at the bottom right corner of the main screen.
- Step 2: Select "Payment" and choose the payment method you want to add under "Add payment method."
- Step 3: Enter the required information and complete.
Additionally, you can add or select a suitable payment method on the booking screen:
1/ Tap the payment icon above the Green Now icon.
2/ Choose an existing payment method or add a new one from "Payment Method"
3/ Enter the required information and complete the setup.
Simple and convenient, right?
4. Promo codes and discounts
To use discount or promotion codes:
1/ Enter Pickup and Destination on the booking screen.
2/ Choose a transportation service.
3/ Tap "Promotion" above the "Book" button, and enter the code.
4/ Review the discounted fare and choose your payment method.
Tap "Book" to start your trip with Green SM.
*Explore other exclusive promotion programs at the 🔔 Notification icon or on the main page within the application.
5. Account and personal data security
To register for a Green SM account, please follow these steps:
1/ Download the Green SM application from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
2/ Open the application and enter your phone number, then tap "Continue."
3/ Enter the OTP code sent via SMS from Green SM.
4/ Enter your name and other optional information (Email, Referral Code if available).
5/ Set a password and start using Green SM.

6. Application
Steps for troubleshooting Green SM application issues:
1/ Check network connection: Attempt to access the internet through a web browser. If unable to connect, the device may have a network issues. Contact your network provider for assistance in restoring the connection.
2/ Update the application: Ensure that the Green SM application is updated to the latest version available on either the Google Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS).
3/ Force close the application: Close and reopen the application. If necessary, restart your phone.
4/ Contact Green SM support: If the issue persists after following the above steps, please reach out to Green SM support for further assistance. Attach a screenshot of any error messages encountered within the application to facilitate quicker troubleshooting.
