Green SM collect User’s personal information in the course of providing Green SM’s Services to User. Personal information is information sufficient to determine an individual's identity accurately, including at least the following information: full name, date of birth, occupation, position, address, email address, phone number, ID card number, passport number. Personal confidential information includes medical records, tax records, social insurance card numbers, credit card numbers, contact data, eligibility data, transaction data, financial data, payment data, log data and/or location data. You may choose to not provide such data, but this may cause Green SM to be unable to provide you with the Services or products or to process your transactions. Below are the sources of information Green SM collect: Information provided by User to Us: Green SM collect any information User provides in connection with Green SM’s Services. Automatic Information: Green SM automatically collect certain types of information when User and drivers interact with Green SM’s Services. Information from other sources: Green SM may collect information about User from other publicly and lawfully available sources.

Green SM may use User’s personal information to operate, provide and improve Green SM’s Services. Green SM’s purposes of using personal information include: Provide Green SM’s Services: Green SM may use User’s personal information to provide Green SM’s Services and process transactions related to Green SM’s Services. Measure, support and improve Green SM’s Services: Green SM may use User’s personal information to measure usage, analyze performance, correct errors, provide support, improve quality and develop Green SM’s Services, the Application, and the features within the Application. Make recommendations and personalizing experiences: Green SM may use User’s personal information to recommend Green SM’s Services that User may be interested in, identify User’s interests, and personalize User’s experience with Green SM’s Services. Comply with legal obligations: In certain cases, Green SM have a legal obligation to collect, use or store User’s personal information. Contact User: Green SM may use your personal information to contact User in connection with Green SM’s Services via various channels (e.g. email, chat) and to respond to User’s request. Market: Green SM may use User’s personal information to do marketing and promote Green SM’s Services in accordance with the laws. Green SM may display advertisings of Green SM’s Services based on User’s interests. Prevent fraud and manipulation, risk of credit: Green SM may use User’s personal information to prevent and detect fraud and manipulation to protect the security of Users, Green SM and others. Green SM may also use measure of grading to assess and manage credit risk. Some particular purposes require User’s consent: Green SM may ask for User’s consent to use personal information for a particular purpose when Green SM contact User. Measure and analyze the quality of Green SM’s Services. Cookies allow User to take advantage of some of Green SM’s essential features. For example, if you block or reject Green SM’s cookies, User may not be able to use certain services that require User to log in or you may have to manually adjust certain preferences or set the language whenever User re-visit Green SM’s websites. Approved third parties may also set cookies when User interact with Green SM’s Services. These third parties typically include search engines, measurement and analysis service providers, social networks and advertising companies. Third parties use cookies during the delivery of content, including advertising related to User’s interests, to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to perform certain services on Green SM’s behalf. User can manage browser cookies through using their browser settings. The “Help” feature on most browsers will tell the User how to prevent the browser from accepting new cookies, how the browser notifies User when the User receives a new cookie, how to disable cookies and when the cookie expires. If the User disables all cookies on his or her browser, neither Green SM nor third parties will be able to transfer cookies to the User’s browser. However, if the User does this, the User may have to manually adjust some preferences whenever the User revisits the Green SM website and some features and services may not function.

User’s Information is an important part of Green SM’s operations, and Green SM do not provide User’s personal information to any third party except in the cases set out in section (i). Green SM also share personal information with Vingroup, and its subsidiaries, which are subject to this Privacy Policy or a similar policy. (i) Green SM may share User’s personal information for the following purposes: Transactions involved with third parties: Green SM provide User with services, software and content provided by the third party for use on or through Green SM’s Services. User may know when the third party is involved in the User’s transactions and Green SM will share information regarding the transactions with that third party. Third party to provide service: Green SM use and/or cooperate with third parties, including Green SM’s agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, partners, and others involved in providing services to Green SM or User, performing functions on Green SM’s behalf, or participating in commercial collaborations. For example, including: sending contact information, processing payments, assessing credit risk and complying, implementing interest rate support program, analyzing data, providing marketing and sales support (including management of advertising and event), managing User’s relationship and training. These third parties as service provider are entitled to access to personal information necessary to perform their functions, but shall not use it for other purposes. In addition, they must comply with this Privacy Policy and related privacy laws. Corporate Restructuring, Transfer: During the business development process, Green SM may make acquisitions of companies or restructure other businesses or services in accordance with the laws. In such transactions, personal information, databases and right of using information are generally among the business assets transferred but the transferee must keep complying with this Privacy Policy (or as otherwise approved by the User). Additionally, if Green SM or most of its assets are acquired by another company, User’s information shall become one of the transferred assets. Protection of Green SM and Others: Green SM are permitted to disclose accounts and other personal information when Green SM believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, exercise or apply Green SM’s terms and agreements or to protect the rights, property or security of Green SM, Green SM’s User, or any other person. The above tasks may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations to comply with filing, reporting and licensing requirements, to prevent and detect fraud and reduce property and credit risk. Emergency Situations: In an emergency concerning User’s health or safety, Green SM may share User’s personal information for the purposes of dealing with that emergency. Insurance Claims: In connection with any insurance claim, Green SM will share User’s personal information for the purpose of processing the insurance claim with the insurance company that Green SM engage or collaborate with. Depending on the User’s choice: In addition to the above terms, the User will receive notice when personal information about the User may be shared with third parties and the User shall be entitled to refuse the sharing of information. Affiliate Sharing: Where Green SM share personal information with affiliates, Green SM will do so for the purpose of them helping Green SM to provide the Applications, to operate Green SM’s business (including, where You have subscribed to Green SM’s mailing list, for direct marketing purposes), for the purpose of assessing and monitoring risks and/or activities that are contrary to the law (including its investigations, if necessary), or for the purpose of them conducting data processing on Green SM’s behalf. Anonymization Efforts: Where it is not necessary for the personal data to be associated with the User, Green SM will use reasonable endeavors to remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with the User as an individual before disclosing or sharing such data. Prohibition on Selling or Leasing Data: Green SM will not sell or lease User’s personal information.

User’s personal information is stored within Indonesia by Green SM in accordance with relevant laws and applied with appropriate technical measures to ensure the safety and security of information storage.

At id.greensm.com, security is Green SM’s highest priority. Green SM’s system is designed with the ability to ensure the safety and privacy of information of User and driver. Green SM have appropriate technical and security measures to prevent access and use of personal information illegally. Green SM also regularly coordinate with security experts to update the latest information on network security to ensure the safety of personal information. When collecting data, Green SM store and secure personal information on the server system and this personal information is secured by firewall systems and access control measures, data encrypt. User’s payment card information issued by financial institutions is protected by Green SM according to international standards with the principle of not recording important payment card data (card number, full name, CVV number) on Green SM’s system. User’s payment transactions are performed on the relevant bank's system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account details and must refrain from sharing Your account details, including Your password and One Time Password (OTP), with anyone and You should always ensure and be fully responsible for the security of the device You are using.

Our Services may include the third party’s advertisings and links to other websites and applications. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about User when User interacts with their content, advertisings or services.

User may view, update and delete certain information about their accounts and interactions with Green SM’s Services. If unable to access or update information, User can always contact Green SM for assistance. User has many choices regarding the collection and use of their personal information. Many of Green SM’s Services include functions that gives User options about how their information is used. User may choose not to provide certain information, but then User may be unable to take advantage of some of Green SM’s Services. Account information: If User would like to add, update or delete information related to their account, please access the User’s account via the Application. When User updates or deletes any information, Green SM usually keep a copy of the previous version for technical reasons. Contact: If the User does not want to receive advertising content from Green SM, please submit a refusal of advertising services according to the instructed syntax (or other method as specified in the relevant contract with the User). Advertising: If the User does not want to see interest-based advertising, please select "Unfollow" on the User’s registered email or send an email to support.id@greensm.com. Browsers and devices: The Help feature on most browsers and devices will tell User how to prevent browser or device from accepting new cookies, how to have your browser notify you when User receives new cookies or way of disabling cookie functionality completely.

If the User is under 18 years of age, the User must obtain the consent of his/her parent or guardian before entering into a contract and accepting this Privacy Policy. In circumstances where You provide Green SM with Personal Data relating to other individuals (such as Personal Data relating to Your spouse, family members, friends, or other parties), You declare and guarantee that You have obtained consent from those individuals, and hereby consent on their behalf to the Processing of their Personal Data by Us. Green SM may request evidence of such consent from You at any time.

Green SM store User’s personal information to ensure User’s ability to continuously use Green SM’s Services, and the storage within a necessary period to achieve the goals specified in this Privacy Policy, or in accordance with the laws (including for tax and accounting purposes), or to carry out other tasks as notified to the User in advance. The duration of Green SM’s retaining of specific personal information varies depending on the purpose of use and Green SM will delete User’s personal information in accordance with the current laws. Please note that there is still the possibility that some of Your Personal Data might be retained by other parties, including by the government institutions in some manner. In the event that Green SM share Your Personal Data to the authorized government institutions and/or other institutions that may be appointed by the government authorities or cooperating with Green SM, You agree and acknowledge that the retention of Your Personal Data by the relevant institutions will follow their respective policy on data retention. Data that is submitted through communications between User and service provider that are carried out other than through the use of the Application (such as via telephone calls, SMS, mobile messages or other means of communication and collection of Your Personal Data by Green SM’s agents) can also be stored in several ways. Green SM do not allow the processing of Personal Data between User and service provider that occurs outside Green SM’s Application. Therefore, User and service provider are fully responsible for the Processing of Personal Data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, You agree to indemnify, defend and release Green SM from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs (including but not limited to legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) resulting directly or indirectly from any activities conducted outside of Green SM’s Application.
