[ANNOUNCEMENT] GREEN SM AND GREEN DRIVERS UPHOLD SAFETY AND OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
In recent periods, Green SM has identified two cases of vehicles driving against traffic and failing to comply with traffic regulations, affecting overall safety and the image of the Green Driver community. Specifically, these incidents involved vehicles with license plates B1889SLC and B1883SWH.
For these cases, the company has taken action in accordance with the “Code of Conduct for Driver Partner.” These behaviors are classified as Category 1 – Particularly Serious Violations under Section 3 on disciplinary measures.
Safety, legal compliance, discipline, and transparency are core principles of Green SM, and form the foundation for each Green Driver to build professional credibility and customer trust.
Green SM emphasizes that all drivers are expected to uphold the law, prioritize the safety of themselves, passengers, and the community, maintain a professional image, and contribute to the positive values of the Green Driver community.
From the company’s side, Green SM will continue to provide support through training programs, experience sharing, and enhanced supervision to help drivers maintain consistent operational standards. At the same time, compliant behavior will be recognized and encouraged, while violations will be handled strictly in accordance with regulations.
