Green Journey – Terms & Conditions

1. Background & General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of the “GREEN JOURNEY – DISCOVER THE GREEN JOURNEY” Program (“Program Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the interactive promotional program organized by PT. Xanh SM Green and Smart Mobility Indonesia (“Green SM” or the “Organizer”).

1.2. These Program Terms apply to all Green SM application users within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia who meet the eligibility criteria. Participation outside the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia is subject to local terms and conditions applicable in the respective Green SM operating countries.

1.3. These Program Terms form an integral and inseparable part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the Green SM Application Terms of Use and the Green SM Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Program Terms and the Green SM Application Terms of Use, the provisions herein shall prevail specifically with respect to the implementation of the Program.

2. User Acceptance & Consent

2.1. BY CLICKING “AGREE”, ACCESSING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE GREEN JOURNEY PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, REPRESENT, AND CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, ACCEPTED, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE PROGRAM TERMS, INCLUDING THE MAIN GREEN SM APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE GREEN SM PRIVACY POLICY PRIOR TO COMMENCING YOUR PARTICIPATION.

2.2. If you do not agree to any part of these Program Terms, you are required not to access, participate in, or to discontinue your participation in the Green Journey Program.

3. Program Period & Right to Modify

3.1. This Program shall be valid from 14 October 2026 at 00:00 WIB until 31 December 2026 at 23:59 WIB (“Program Period”).

3.2. Green SM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time during the Program Period, subject to applicable law, decisions of competent authorities, technical issues, force majeure events, or the Organizer’s operational considerations.

3.3. Any material changes to these Program Terms will be published through the Green SM application or other official channels in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Participant Eligibility

4.1. This Program is open to all registered users of the Green SM application in Indonesia who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or legally married.

4.2. Participants must maintain an active, valid Green SM account that is not subject to suspension, restriction, or termination due to violations of Green SM policies.

4.3. Green SM reserves the right to verify the authenticity of identity, account status, and eligibility of any participant at any time during the Program.

5. Program Mechanics & Activities

5.1. The Program presents educational content and introductory materials regarding Green SM operations across various countries.

5.2. At initial launch, the Program covers 9 (nine) countries: Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Denmark, and the United States.

5.3. Each country consists of 4 (four) content modules. Participants must review the modules and complete corresponding quizzes/questions as displayed on the Green SM application.

5.4. Upon answering all quiz questions for a country, regardless of whether the answers are correct or incorrect, the system will record one (01) digital “Stamp” corresponding to that country.

5.5. Participation in this Program is free of charge and does not require any product purchase, transportation service usage, or paid transaction.

5.6. This Program is not a lucky draw, lottery, or gambling. Voucher eligibility is strictly determined based on criteria fulfillment and Voucher quota availability.

6. Voucher Terms & Redemption

6.1. Participants who successfully collect the required Stamps shall be eligible to claim 1 (one) discount Voucher, provided that the Voucher quota remains available.

6.2. Voucher specifications (10% discount, maximum IDR 50,000, validity period, and usage restrictions) are stated on each respective Voucher in the application. Validity: One (01) month from the date of Voucher issuance

6.3. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative benefits.

6.4. Participants may complete missions for any country. However, the earned Voucher is strictly valid and usable only in the country where the relevant mission was completed.

6.5. Voucher allocation is conducted on a “First Come, First Served” basis calculated according to the Green SM system timestamp.

6.6. Stamp collection does not guarantee Voucher availability if the allocated quota is exhausted before the claim is recorded by the system.

7. Feature Addition & Modifications

7.1. Green SM reserves the right to add new countries, missions, or features during the Program Period at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

7.2. The addition of new countries shall not invalidate previously earned Stamps, unless fraud or system error is detected.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Validity

8.1. Participants are strictly prohibited from using emulators, bots, automated scripts, multiple accounts, or exploiting system bugs to obtain Stamps/Vouchers.

8.2. Green SM reserves the right to unilaterally void Stamps, freeze Vouchers, or suspend accounts of participants suspected of fraudulent activity or policy violations.

9. Voucher Issuance & Delivery

Eligible Vouchers will be automatically credited to the Voucher wallet in the participant’s Green SM account. Issuance timing may be adjusted for technical verification.

10. Personal Data Processing

Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Green SM Privacy Policy and applicable Indonesian Personal Data Protection laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green SM shall not be liable for internet disruptions, user device failures, Voucher quota exhaustion, or force majeure events preventing participation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Program Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved amicably or through the courts of Indonesia.
