Stay Safe and Worry-Free with Green SM Travel Insurance

Green SM now offers travel insurance in collaboration with Oona Insurance Indonesia to provide extra security and protection for every passenger.

For just IDR 1,000 per trip, you can enjoy the benefits of this insurance coverage, which applies to every Green SM service booking. This feature can be activated directly when booking your trip in the add-on section.

Insurance Coverage  

This insurance provides coverage for incidents or accidents that occur during your journey, from the pickup point to your destination.  

1. Primary Benefits: Per person coverage limits 

– Death or permanent total disablement due to accident: 100% of the Sum Insured (IDR 350,000,000) 

– Medical Expense due to accidents up to IDR 35,000,000 

2. Supplementary Benefits: 

– Daily Hospital Cash due to accident IDR 500,000 Per day 100,000 max 5 days 

– Theft Cover loss of personal belongings due to theft, IDR 1,000,000, per item 500,000 max 2 items 

– Funeral Benefit/Burial Expenses due to accident IDR 1,000,000 

Claim Submission Process

If an incident covered by the insurance occurs, customers can submit a claim via email: claim.nonmv@oona-insurance.co.id

The documents that need to be prepared are as follows (adjusted to the insurance being claimed):

1. Insurance claim form (using standard template) 

2. Insurance Purchase Authorization signed by the Insured Person 

3. Travel information and passenger data confirmed by Green SM as the transportation operator.

4. Accident report confirmed by Green SM and accident settlement report/investigation report from the police.

5. Original or certified copy of the permanent disability certificate issued by the competent authority.

6. Original or certified copy of the death certificate and inheritance documents (in case of death).

7. Original or certified copy of medical treatment documents such as hospitalization summary, cost details, and others.

8. Report from Police or relevant authority on lost identification documents.

9. Photo or copy of the original identity document.

10. Original invoices/receipts for actual expenses incurred.
